Raffle Details and Restrictions
- Winner will receive one 2013 Smart Pure Model STK#DR647619 with a MSRP value of $14,330. NO CASH AWARD in place of this unit.
- 2013 Smart Pure STK #DR 647619 MSRP 14330 was donated from Smart Center of Georgetown to Seton Williamson Foundation.
- Smart Center of Georgetown employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for winnings in the raffle.
- Winner must contact Mercedes Benz of Georgetown within one week of the drawing.
- Winner will be contacted by phone and email as well.
- Winner must agree to pay the IRS 25% tax on value of vehicle, plus title and license fees.
- The purchase of this ticket is non-tax deductible.
- Winner is responsible for obtaining title and license.
